Privacy Policy

Account details you give us (name, email, phone, date of birth, photo), the church or churches you belong to, your roles and department memberships, attendance records, any children you add to your family, and support messages you send us. Visitors who check in at a service provide their name and, optionally, contact details.

To run the church features you use: membership, services and events, attendance, groups and announcements — and to respond to support requests.

Your data is scoped to the church you belong to. Other churches cannot see it. Within your church, leadership roles (church admin, pastor, leader) can see member and attendance records needed to run the church. Ordinary members see their own profile, their family records and the church activities they take part in. Children's records are visible only to their guardians and church leadership. The Keryva platform owner can access data for support and maintenance.

Children are records added by a guardian. They have no login and no email address. A guardian can edit or remove a child at any time from their profile.

If you leave a church, historical church records (such as past attendance) stay with that church, but you no longer have access to them. To request correction or deletion of your data, contact your church admin or use Contact Support.

Access is enforced at the database level so each church's data is isolated and role permissions apply to every request. No system is perfect; we do not claim any formal certification or regulatory accreditation.
