Terms of Service
This is a basic launch document written in plain language. It is not legal advice and has not been independently reviewed or certified.
Using Keryva
Keryva is provided to churches and their members to manage membership, services, events, attendance, departments and family records. You must give accurate details and keep your account secure. Accounts are personal — do not share your sign-in.
Church responsibilities
Each church is responsible for the data it records about its members and visitors, for who it grants leadership roles to, and for handling that data lawfully in its own country. Church admins should only collect information the church actually needs.
Acceptable use
Do not use Keryva to harass others, to upload unlawful content, to attempt to access another church's data, or to interfere with the service. Announcements and support messages should be respectful.
Availability
Keryva is offered as-is while it grows. We aim to keep it available and to protect your data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from errors.
Closing accounts and churches
You can leave a church at any time. A church admin or the platform owner can close a church; when a church is closed, its historical records remain readable to those with access, but new church activity is disabled.
Changes
These terms will be updated as Keryva develops. Continued use means you accept the current version.
